Worst Service Ever...

Let me keep this short....or I will write a complete essay! 1st Time bus user....LAST time as well! Not worth the money or .y families safety.

From delayed bus departures, reckless driving, urine stenched and no decent ventilation. Lost luggage with no feedback from company. And let's not forget disgustingly filthy AND ****roach's roaming around you for 10 to 12 hours...

This is not even worth half a star! Bad communication and complete bad service. They want the money....but do not deliver?

Oh and don't dare to think you pay extra for the luxury of the Sleepliner....oh no that does not work...they will chuck you onto a CityLine bus just because they can!

No excuses and no explanations.....what happened to customer rights....zero interest!
