Worst service ever!

I still haven't received a response from Greyhound about a refund that is way overdue. I'm very disappointed with Greyhound let alone their buses that are full of ****roaches, they have the worst service ever! I have sent countless emails, called them many times, when you call them they say email, when you email them they say call Refund department and that Naidoo lady is either forever not at her desk or she's out and never gets back to you when you left messages for her to call back.
