Worst Service Ever

<p>I paid for bus ticket to Cape Town. Only to find that the bus toilet smell like **** again. This horrible I won't do again. The manager told me that they can't do anything about it and I should just take the bus. I will never use Greyhound again. The smell of urine fill the whole back seates. The bus driver was ignoring my complaint.</p>
