worst service ever

<p>Greyhound buses are becoming the worst in the industry.</p> <p>A bus that's suppose to departure at 21:45 time is now 23:35 Still waiting they also can't tell the exact time bus will be at the Greyhound office </p> <p>There is a reason we didn't buy translux,intercape ,cityliner,or city to city </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the 2nd encounter with greyhound best known as the late bus always .no 1 is now bothering to explain what is going on </p> <p>Instead the girl at the counter tells me "we can't help it that there's stops and goes"</p> <p>Where is the customer service there????</p> <p> </p>
