The worst service. So you call Greyhound they give you an option to cancel, they ask you to wait for a consultant for 43 minutes only for Sibusiso the consultant to tell you to call back after 6am because he doesnt have the power to help you. Why was asked to hold the line for almost an hour? Is the call for free NO! THE WORST SERVICE. Frankly got better service from intercape bus lines funny enough.
