worst service and rude consultant Greyhound/Eldo Coaches

bus was suppose to leave Beach front at 7hr30 but left 23hr00. standing out on the streets no toilet or chairs. everyone around me got SMS saying there's going to be a delay but not myself.

our bus was convenient for the elderly and us have to work at 6am - from an eta of 4hr30 to arriving at 7hr20
