Worst service and no refunds

Greyhound has the most unfriendliest, unhelpful staff i have ever encountered. After trying to change my ticket within the specified time, there was no answer on the customer care and when I fiinally got a hold of an agent she had the nerve to drop the phone on me!!!! You don't do that especially in the service industry. Then when i went to the station I was met with unfriendly people who refused to help or explain clearly reasons for no refund. This is unacceptable.
