worst service and lost property

a 16-year-old boy traveled alone from Pretoria to Mosselbay, the Greyhound employee loading luggage was very unfriendly and wanted money, he loaded 3 fishing rods to the value of R3000 in the upper luggage compartment. when they changed busses at park station in JHB, he didn't unload them and quickly disappeared before the young man could ask for the fishing rods. This all happened on Sunday 10 December 2023. We have phoned and emailed Greyhound with the ticket nr and luggage sticker nr, and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST GOODS.
