Worst service

I actually give this bus service a ZERO after the service my family received tonight. Bus was suppose to leave at 9h15pm and NO ot didn't. No satisfying apology but instead we get a dissatisfying bus. ONE WHOLE HOUR WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A BUS WITH A LOWER STANDARD THAN WHAT I PAYED FOR. Think I will not be using this service EVER!!!!!!
