worst service
<p>Every time I use this bus it's 2 to 3 hours late without warning,have to travel late at night because of this</p>
So I never went on this bus,asked for a refund and was told no because I wanted to cancel after departure time. The bus never came on time!!!!! Who's at fault and how many times will this happen again,i travel a lot using the bus as transport,they are unreliable. Got a message at 15:48 that the bus will be another 3 hours. I phoned at 15:00 To cancel. The bus was supposed to be at the place at 14:45. Terrible!!!!
