Worst experience ever

The level of service received doesn’t even deserve a 1 star . . Booked 2 tickets with Greyhound . 1 ticket from Polokwane to Johannesburg Park station, bus was supposed to arrive at 09:15 but it got there late and people with luggage had to load their own luggage before the bus departs. We left there at 09:55 this was on the 28/11/2024 .We then delayed in Mokopane because the bus was over booked some people were left there , bus itself is the pits . Smell of urine couldn’t even use the bathroom. Bus arrives in park station Johannesburg 15:28 . Service number : GL13610 Second bus from Johannesburg to George seem decent fine , we get in nearly an hour from there bus has issues with indicators we wait at some Bp garage nearly 2 hours machanic arrives and we’re good to go . However there’s a bunch of schoolers on the bus noise and chaos continues . We stopped at Bloemhof there’s not enough space we delayed yet again . Arrived in George the next day around 14:00 imagine . Never again would I ever use your busses again. Horrible service to say the least
