Worst Experience Ever

Saturday the 30th of December, the bus was meant to leave at 21:45 from PE to Cape Town but was delayed and we were advised of the delay. The bus arrived at 22:45 and we left PE around 12, the worst part of the trip was when the bus got stuck in George just after 04:00 and we were advised that a replacement bus is on the way and it will take an hour, the replacement bus actually got to us after 07:00 we were sitting in the bus for 3 hours waiting for the replacement bus which was a very uncomfortable bus nothing close to what we have paid for when we booked Greyhound, I believe when you book a bus you expect to be comfortable while traveling. During this time when we were changing buses we were ordered to collect our luggages and put them in the replacement bus as they would not want us to lose them. They advised that they had organised us food to apologise for the inconvenience and we will get it in Mossel Bay and we got Steers burgers. Nothing is being communicated to us as to what is gonna happen next, when we got to Riviersonderen there was a Greyhound bus waiting to take us to Cape Town and again we had to collect our luggages from the other bus to the Greyhound one. We spent more than 12 hours in the bus which was an inconvenience to some of us who actually trust Greyhound for safe and reliable travelling. And I feel we did not get what we paid for.
