Worst experience!!!

I had a horrible experience today, I took a citiliner coach for the first time and one of my bag disappeared. I’m left with a tag with no bag… The staff does not even care, all they have to say is “there is nothing we can do”. I took a bus from Durban station on 16/11/2024 - (20:30) to Midrand 17/11/2024. I’m so disappointed and I will never take this bus again!!!!!
