Worst Experience

I requested that my son only boards Greyhound so I can ensure that he is safe and comfortable. Guess what? It was his worst experience. This was actually a very terrible experience.

My son sat in a sat that was wet and the roof of the bus leaking, only to be told that he would need to be "patient" they do not have mangement to assist me with this but I should send an email on the next day so I can be helped. I have on record Greyhound telling me that they cannot help me and my son must just endure the experience from Pretoria to Durban.

Greyhound has no regard for human life as they just said no one has jurisdiction to approve that my son be moved into a safer location because the manager was off. I don't understand why this was made my problem. Was I suppose to call the manager?
