Worst customer service and response time

Worst service ever. We requested a refund on the 4th of November 2022 till to date we have not received any refunds. Refund form was submitted to more 4 different service agents in vain (they keep on making empty promises). The call center hardly answers calls (an estimated hold time on calls is more than 30min)
