WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst experience with Customer Care Services EVER!! When you book your ticket you are told that it can be cancelled within the 3 day window period, which I did. When you email customer service you get NO response from them you end up making follow up calls for days before they finally send you a refund form, bearing in mind that they take the money out of your account in seconds, now you have to wait a minimum of 21 days for your refund but the website says 7-21 days from cancellation day. FALSE advertising on their website and the absolute WORST customer service ever
