Worst customer experience

Greyhound should just shut down. They used to have such a great reputation for being reliable, but now using their buses is worse than taking a taxi. I booked a bus from vryheid to midrand on the 15th of December 2022, the bus was supposed to leave at 13:20 but only arrived at 16:40. Passengers must wait for more than 3 hours at the pick up spot with no explanation or relief. To make matters worse, when you try to call them to get feedback they don’t answer their phones. Greyhound is absolutely useless.
