Worst buses Ever

We booked 2 business class tickets from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg. When we got to the Pretoria station to take our bus they told us the dreamliner is in Johannesburg and that another bus would transport us to the dreamliner in Johannesburg. The bus they gave us was the worst bus I've ever seen. The inside of the bus smelt like a sewerage and the bus kept making funny noises. I did not pay for this. Their buses are bad quality. I would rather take the intercape which has reasonable prices for good buses.
