Worst bus trip ever!!

I am writing this post to let you know that I did not enjoy my journey at all. I was travelling from Harare to Johannesburg. I boarded the bus at Roadport at 11 am on the 12 of July 2018. I was sitting on seat 8A. The seat in front of me 7A was broken and my legs were squashed and am even limping. We told the driver Evans Taruvinga and he took note of it but he said there was nothing he could do to help.

I am really disappointed with this type of service. Surely one cannot not pay money to create health problems for one's self. My legs are so painful because of this. May you kindly explain to me why. I always travel to Harare with greyhound and from Harare with citiliner. You can check your records I am a regular customer. I went to Harare on the 30 th of June with greyhound.
