WORST BUS SERVICES YOU CAN EVER ENCOUNTER. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE BAD REVIEWS THEY RECEIVE.

I bought 2 tickets for my nieces to travel from Polokwane to Midrand on 29/11. The bus got delayed by 4 hours. Citiliner only sent one sms after 2 hours of them waiting for the bus indicating that there is a delay. They never communicated anything afterwards. I called so many times and they kept on saying the bus is on the way. Can they get their schedules on time for once. This is the 3rd occurrence where we had to wait at least 2 hours for the bus.
