Worst bus service ever-do not ride with them!!!

Good day

We booked your bus on 29/12/2019 from pietermaritzburg tp pretoria at 1pm

Megacoach bus 1935 arrived on time and everything seemed to have gone smoothly

However upon arriving at Park Station we were told that the people going to pretoria must get off and get on another greyhound bus as the bus we were traveling on was not going to our destination.

This was at 19.50, when we ( with a 10month old baby and 5year old toddler) get to the other bus the driver says no he is not going to pretoria he is going to Zimbabwe!

Our driver had already disappeared by then... My husband then went into the offices amd was told he doesnt know what is happening.

I then called your call center and the lady that took my details promised to call us back, wow to my expectation it is now 20.43 and still no call back.

I called again and spoke to another agent and the supervisor and all they could say was they sending f another bus from the depo and it would take 20/30mins.

This is totally unacceptable!! Why do you allow these changes to happen?? I must stamd in the cold with all our luggage and with my kids!!!

We book a bus from one destination to another there is no where on my ticket that states we will be required to change busses this is highly inconvenient and most upsetting!!!

The 2nd bus from the depot comes and we put the bags into the bus again! Climb in and again told to get into another bus!!!!
