Worst bus service ever.

They don't even deserve a star to start with. I booked a ticket for my mother traveling from Joburg today 23rd may 2022. The bus was supposed to leave at 9:50am at the early bird garage Midrand. The bus got the just be 11am only for the passengers to be dropping somewhere in the middle of Joburg and told to wait for another bus. 2 hrs later the bus is yet to come, we have elderly people in that bus now standing somewhere they don't know waiting for God knows how long. YOU COULD HAVE JUST STAYED UNOPERATIONAL ONCE. MSUNS!
