Worst bus service and still waiting for a refund 2 months later

Greyhound has to be the worst bus service in the country. For those traveling during the festive season, do yourselves a favor and find alternative options. The Greyhound bus I bought tickets for did not arrive in Cape Town as expected. The summary of the story is : The Greyhound bus was scheduled to depart from Cape Town station at 19:00pm on 29/09/2022 and arrive in East London on 30/09/2022 at 11:15 am. Upon arrival at the Cape Town station, we were informed that an Eldo shuttle bus will collect all passengers and drive to Bellville where our Greyhound bus would be waiting. The Eldo shuttle departed Cape Town station at approx 19:50pm, which was almost an hour later that the scheduled time. When the shuttle arrived in Bellville, there was no Greyhound bus waiting for us, and no formal communication was provided to the passengers. Upon enquiring with the bus driver, we were informed that there is a list of passengers who would be traveling by the Eldo shuttle bus to the Eastern Cape. I immediately checked my name on the list. Me , my daugther and wife were on the list of passengers who were informed that we need to travel to the Eastern Cape using the Eldo shuttle bus. I, therefore, informed the bus driver that we will not be traveling on an Eldo coach bus as I had not bought an Eldo bus ticket. The condition of the bus was not satisfactory, to say the least. What was advertised and we paid for is not the service that we received. We then disembarked and informed the driver to make a note on the list indicating that we have disembarked from the bus. We did not travel to East London for a very important event due to this unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, we lodged a complaint and they agreed to refund the amount we paid. We are still waiting and it has been more than 2 months since this happened. I know that greyhound will not respond to this post. Just letting other people know what to expect when you book their bus service.
