Worst bus service

Had te worst experience ever. We had to book 2 ticket from vanderbijlpark to johannesburg and then from johannesburg to ladysmith, for my mother i law to be able to get home. The bus was supposed to arrive at 7.10 and stop in johannesburg by 8.30 so se can get on the next bus to ladysmith at 9. It was both booked with greyhound/citiliner. The bus only arrived at 8.30 and now we have to pay the cancelations and rebooking fees to get from johannesburg to ladysmith, it is there mess up and now we have to pay for greyhounds ineptitude. And no my mother in law has gotten onto a bus to johannesburg and we don't even know if she is aven able to get a bus from johannesburg station to ladysmith. So an eldery lady with her luggage has to stand at the johannesburg station with her luggage trying to find another bus and not even knowing how long she will have to wait on the station. It is now 10.00 and she is not even in johannesburg yet. They are only in Vereeniging now. Thus is completely unacceptable.
