Worst bus of the century

I got downgraded from a citiliner to an eldo coach sans communication sans fare discount, on my return i booked for incorrect dates, no response on their customer line, eventually when i did get through i was told i wont get a refund, ive sent emails, 2 months later no response whatsoever, the coaches are dirty, the one i took on my return had coakroaches had to kill 2 that were having a picnic on my son's head, do not book this bus even if u are desperate!!
