Worst Bus line ever!!!

Greyhound buses are unreliable and run down. I had travelled to Durban recently and the bus broke down because of a pipe which took the next bus more than a hour to come collect the passengers. I’m travelling back home to JHB and the bus had to stop because it’s leaking water. I’ve never experienced this kind of experience with Intercape. Greyhound is useless and don’t care about their passengers.
