Worst bus experience ever

Arrived the Pretoria station at 7 30,an Eldos bus took us to park station to catch citiliner at 9 30, we arrived at 8 30 and the bus only showed up at 12:15. The worst bus experience ever. Don't ever use this buses. Poor poor service. The worst service ever🤬🤬🤬🤬
