Worst Bus experience ever

I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUS SERVICE!!! BUSSES IN BAD CONDITION ONLY TWO 15 MINUTE STOPS IN 20 HOURS FOR BUYING FOOD AND USING GARAGE RESTROOMS

Worst Bus experience. Absolutely no information given to passengers and almost no communication to passengers along the way. Toilet looks and smells like a long drop toilet and stops flushing halfway through journey. Restroom stinks profusely. Extremely arrogant bus drivers treat passengers with disrespect. (Been the case with multiple rides)

I'm waiting for a reply to see if Greyhound Citiliner cares about their passengers like they pronounce on adverti*****ts.
