Worst bus ever!

This is the worst bus ever, they always have a breakdown, this is the 2nd time that this has happened while using this bus. I don't think they service their buses. Now I'm 4 hours late and counting. They're only bringing a back up bus at 5am and we've been stranded since 1:30am. And a lot of us have to be at work. The worst bus, bottom of the barrel service. The seats are even dirty!
