Worst Bus

Worst bus company ever!!! Our bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and we stood there for 14hours straight! They kept on telling us another bus is coming. We were starving and dehydrated the past 14hours. My ankles are super swollen. They must refund people for such incompetence!!
