Worse than pathetic

I was travelling on the bus from george to johannesburg on Sunday 12 may 2019, I was firstly greeted with the most rude bus drivers I have ever come across in my entire life, I will be calling greyhoud head office to find out the names of these drivers so they can and if greyhound doesnt want to fire them then I take greyhound to court and close the company down. Secondly as I booked premium class as it was much ore expensive, the wi-fi wasnt working, the seat control was out of order so my seat kept on falling back from the upright position and the tv screens were't working either. Little advice for you Greyhound, Im travelling on the bus from Johannesburg to CPT shortly also the dreamliner, the things better be working and the bus drivers better have a better attitude otherwise I'm going to be that rude bus drivers worst nightmare the entire trip and he wont be able to get rid of me, just a little warning. I will however still be calling the head office to find out the previous bus drivers names, you havent heard the last of me.
