Worse service ever!

<p>First of all the bus was more than an hour-thirty minutes late, with no explanation whatsoever! I go to my designated seat and someone is searing there, telling me to go find another seat elsewhere! The driver does not take care of the situation but rather also tells me to find another seat! Then with all of that it comes with a filthy toilet unit that is stinking up the whole bus! I'm sooo dissapointed in their service! Its just deteriorating by the day!</p>
