Worse service

Bus is more than 3 hours late, no response from their customers care number and whatsapp for the past 2hrs. I finally got through n they tell me about terms and conditions. So as a woman at 23:00 anything can happen to me because even the pick up point the chose is not safe, just bcoz there r terms and conditions wen booking the ticket?
