Worse Bus Service Ever

Today the 24th of Nov 2023 i took a bus from Joburg to Durban. Ay shame, worst mistake. Apparently the aircon in the bus is not working, and there is this radiator/heater thing on the side of our feet by the window seat which brings out hot air. To say I am sweating is an understatement. I am burning. Everyone on the bus is complaining, and the driver is saying the aircon doesn't work and he opened the rooftop vent and told us thats the best he can do. I am literally sitting by the steps of the bus from joburg to durban which is slightly cooler although i paid full price for the trip. If this is how Greyhound is trying to save money from what I'm reading from other reviews, they will not make it. They should have just remained gone and never came back if this is how they will treat paying customers!! Nx!! So angry and disgusted...
