Worse bad service

I'm not happy about experience I received yesterday from Citiliner bus,it was supposed to be departed at 21H00 from Park station to Durban but it only came at 23Hoo I had to look for alternative transport now when I call they told me bus it only came at 23Hoo no refund will get.
