Worry service Ever!! Rather shut down!!!

My daughter was supposed to be picked up at 18:15pm on the 29th July 2022. At 19:15pm I was told the bus is in Melmoth. At 22:00pm she was still not picked up. She is a 19yr old, If anything happened to her waiting for that bus would Greyhound compensate!!! When I called I was told "ya' that's all. Nothing can be done. I want a full refund on the ticket!
