What happened Greyhound???

Greyhound does not offer complimentary tea or coffee anymore on the way and also nothing being sold like chips and drinks. No one announcing where we are. Like really now Greyhound used to be the best. For the amount we paying we need better service. Just know from my experience I don't plan to be using Greyhound buses or will I recommend it to anyone.
