What are we paying for?

We are traveling on the Dream Liner from CPT TO JHB. we have no wi fi so no movies for us. Also no sound on the tv as per the driver there is a problem so they don't work. My seat can only lay down no seating position. There are no lights in the bus. Not even the individual small lights are working. So what the hack am i paying for. I paid for services witch i didn't get. Poooor bus service
