What a disgrace from greyhound

We booked a citiliner bus ticket that was supposed to leave to Eastern Cape,kokstad. To our surprise we we given this old greyhound bus. We had a rough journey the buses lights inside are not working…there is loads of ****roaches inside the bus…there are no charging ports…toilet door is not closing when you get inside…the bus is having a hard time when inclining hills…the engines smoke comes inside the bus..the aircon is not working..the bus seems like is not well at all…how can greyhound play with us like this…a big company like them can’t give us jus one bus that is in a good condition..what are we paying for…or is it because majority of people using this bus it’s black people you think you can take advantage of us..
