We need refund

Yesterday we boarded a bus from Springs to Richards bay Greyhound premium bus GP 13300 .. on our first stop in Evander the Aircon went off and it was extremely hot in the bus on our arrival at Empangeni the engine went off drivers struggled to open the door and as the passengers we had to make plans to reach our destination and the bus got delayed some where in Pretoria for about 2 hours
