Waiting Forever

On 26 June 2015 had to wait almost 1 hour for the bus to arrive at Joburg station, which was not so bad, but on my return on 29 June 2015 it was worse. I decided to travel by bus from Joburg to Cape Town and my 1st experience with Greyhound was not GOOD. On my return i decide to take the 13:00 pm bus from Cape Town where i had to wait til 15:05pm for the bus just to arrive. I only received an sms stating that the bus was 45min delayed, but guess what this was not the case. Instead of arriving in Joburg on 30 June at 6:45am i arrived at 11:30am only,,,,,This is not service,,,,,,If it was me being late, the bus wouldn't even have waited for me,,,Get your Service up to standard please Greyhound you are an International company.
