Waiting for refund since January.

I am waiting for my refund since January 27th 2025. I called them first week of May and the guy I spoke to told me it was supposed to have been paid already as all processes were done. He would check and call me back. To this day I am still waiting for the call, I'm waiting for the refund as well. I really can't understand how they work. I want my money...
