Waiting for refund from Greyhound since August.

Good morning. Thank you Hello Peter for responding to my problem. Greyhound still not reading their emails. I asked them in Facebook messenger for help. They answer me now and again just with another excuse. Now they say if they don't read their emails that's why they haven't printed my refund forms for payment. They told me end of September that they received all my details they needed. So it's months now they still haven't printed my forms for payment. I'm going to phone them again, today 11 December
