Waiting 3 months for Refund

I cancelled my bus ticket 4 months ago, done everything according to their cancellation and refund policy. I requested a refund and 3 months later i still have not received my refund for a ticket i cancelled on time. When i call to follow up i am told to speak to Thulile Gwala who never takes my calls and never replies to my emails! All i want is my refund. This is appalling service and i will no longer be using Greyhound buses ever again and i hope others boycott them as well!
