Violent drivers with no discipline

The should be a negative 100 option. On the 15th i took a 10pm bus from Jo'burg to Durban. Toilet door knop was broken amd the bus driver didn't wanna help.we were to pee on ourselves. I called their offices the guy was painfully helpful. But me calling their office for help angered them beyond belief. They shouted so much both drivers spiting insults as well.i had to call the office again.i think they take zulu old taxi drives n make them drivers. People must just 🚮 greyhound its pathetic
