Very very very very late bus

I booked my son on a Greyhound bus to Port Elizabeth. The bus was supposed to leave at 7.55 am. It only arrived at 9.30. I find this totally unacceptable as we were stuck at the bus stop for 2 hours. Despite providing my contact details when I booked the bus, the company did not contact me and I had to call twice and was placed on hold (very expensive calls) and the contact centre could not give me a time of arrival of the bus.
