Very unhappy client

I got on the bus yesterday at East London at 17:00 which the bus was scheduled to her to Pretoria by 08:30 in the morning but we got a break down on the road and we were told to wait for the mechanic but eventually we got another bus that was coming to Pretoria.... Due to negligence of our luggages mine got mixed up with someone else,now my problem is I was told to wait at Bosman for my bag but I have been waiting here since 8:00 in the morning when we call the driver he keeps on saying his in park station for the past 6 hours sitting here...am tired I need to get home am soo angry at the moment.....it was the last time am using ur buses
