Very poor service

I’m very disappointed with Greyhound service. The bus from Piet Retief was more than an hour late and my husband missed his bus From Johannesburg to Bloemfontein because of them. Because he can’t get to Bloemfontein on time, he might lose his contract. I don’t think Greyhound takes their customers serious. When we book a ticket, we expect the bus to be on time so we’ll be able to get where we’re going on time. I’m angry,hurt and disappointment. We won’t be using their buses again!!!
