Very Poor Customer Service

Ticket sales agent has bad attitude , poor customer service telling me about her problems not giving me a solution. Agent lazy to get change for me , telling me to come back at my lunch time which is impossible , i couldnt do an online purchase since i dont have a credit card ,tried giving her a deposit to secure my seat , however she refused to help me, telling me that she her shift ends earlier. i honestly think her customer service is very poor.
