Very pathetic

Hi

Am on a bus to from Durban to Joburg. Right in the middle of the road the bus just got stucked. We were not informed of any problem on the car after an hour.

The inconvienice caused is very huge some of us has a place to go while we are stuck here. On top of that the bus left very late from the Durban station.

This is a bad service rendered to customers. Nobody should use this bus ever because it will get stuck without help.
